PROPS CYCLING CLUB - COMMITTEE MEMBERS

PROPS CC is run by a small group of committed club officials. We are always on the look out for more people to get involved, we currnetly have a vacancy on the committtee for a route planner and we are always in need of volunteers to lead rides and support events. If you would like to get involved please get in touch.

CLUB CHAIR: Kris Foster

• Generally manage and lead the club in accordance with its rules and constitution.

• Be well informed of all club activities and plans.

• Chair and manage committee meetings and the AGM.

• Organises club velodrome trips

• Responsible for club kit ordering and enquiries.

• Look after the club’s accounts.

• Keep proper records of all payments and monies received.

• Prepare an annual financial report.

MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY AND WELFARE OFFICER: Matt Eccles

• Maintain an up-to-date register of members and their contact details.

• Liaise with members over renewals and payment of membership fees.

• Ensure member details are stored safely and securely.

• Keep records of CRB and First Aid certificates for members and volunteers.

• Keep records of accidents or other reported welfare issues.

• Assist with the welfare of members, volunteers and visitors at club events.
